Florals
There has never been a time that I didn't love flowers, from playing in the floral refrigerators when my mom worked at florist, to having to buy myself flowers when I go grocery shopping, or stopping on a walk to pick random wildflowers (something that my husband does for me often). From an early age I was always drawn to and inspired by the loose and colorful style of the Impressionist painters like Monet. I love loose brush strokes and watching the paint interact together on the paper, rather than always mixing the perfect color in the palette right away.
